1. Our research methods

To find the best candidates, we adopt two approaches:

The first is to generate applications through advertisements posted on appropriate networks (social networks, media, searches in schools...) and select potential applicants through tests and interviews.

The second approach leads us to directly contact people that our customer are looking for that corresponds to the profile required who may already engaged. This second option is mainly used for top executives and manager.

2. Our obligations

Karibo Services objective is to deal rigorously with client requests within a reasonable time and provide the best candidates. Our methods allow us to offer to our customers a great and wide choice in their selection.

3. Systematic reference checks

Karibo Services takes very seriously this part of recruitment and check candidate's references because it is about our credibility and success of recruitment.

4. Customer presence during interviews

Usually, customers are not involved in initial discussions with applicants. However, we regularly inform our customers on the progress of recruitment and it is the client’s responsibility to make the final decision during final interview in our presence or not.

In case of physical impossibility of meeting, interviews can be done by any alternative methods (phone, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp ...)

5. Replacement after non-conclusive test

If between an integration periods of one (01) month the customers is not satisfied Karibo Services undertakes to carry out a new selection without additional charge except for expenses directly related to the actual research (ad serving, communication costs, travel expenses ...)

6. Our costs

Typically, we function with:

the package (a fixed amount originally agreed) or,

based on fees calculated based on annual remuneration of the

successful candidate:

  • 8% for maintenance and support staff (drivers, guardians, housemaid

and housekeepers, Nanny, Gardeners, ...)

  • 10% for qualified or trained labour (Administrative or Accounting Assistant,

technician...)

  • 15% for managers and leaders (with several assistants)

  • 20% for top executives

For massive recruitment from more than ten (10) employees, all categories, our costs become fixed at 8% of annual turnover.

7. Method of payment

Payment is in two times including third in

the order placed by email or purchase order and the remainder (two-third) on the result (from the date of final contract).

This balance will be adjusted at end of mission according to the final remuneration.

. Travel and various overhead cost

For recruitment out of Antananarivo, specific conditions relating to mission expenses may be charged but these costs will be notified in advance to the customer and studied case by case.

For recruitment in provinces and abroad, the integration period is respectively three (03) months and six (06) months during which, the party responsible for the breakdown is required to bear the costs of displacement and return for misconduct refund the fees to go but in both cases, the recruiter is in principle liable to pay the round-trip tickets for travel and any additional costs related to recruitment (Passports, booking tickets, Visa, doctor visits, insurance etc.)
